Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

i was reading throught some of the posts and i identify them to be plumb interesting. apologetic my english is not exaclty the very best. would there be anyway to transalte this into my patois, spanish. it would actually help me a lot. since i could be on a par with the english terminology to the spanish language.

I had been smoking for 31 years and was on 35-40 roll-ups a day. I had a bad cough, wheezed and was out of breath climbing the two flights of stairs to my flat. Given my lack of success quitting with patches, inhalator, gum, lozenges and hypnosis I thought I’d just use the e-cig to cut down the amount I was smoking and would have been happy if I’d managed to get down to 10-15 roll-ups a day. I was amazed to find that within a week, I actually preferred the e-cig and haven’t had a roll-up since even though I still had half a pouch of tobacco left. I’ve since gone from using the high strength liquid to having one e-cig with low nicotine liquid and one with zero nicotine. You may say that I’ve just swapped one addiction for another but I have two friends who have not smoked a cigarette for 5 and 3 years respectively but who are still having to use the highest strength nicotine gum and both still want to have a cigarette.

[PhD Nutrition] Pharma Whey: I agree completely with Mike. Strawberry tastes odd, it has a very bitter edge when used with water, for no apparent reason. Maybe some of their extra chemicals are giving it a harsh after-taste. Tastes better with milk, but not fantastic. The strawberry y does froth up loads after 5 seconds of shaking. You have to wait a while for it to settle before you can drink it like a normal shake. Try Boditronics Express Whey in chocolate. It s not amazing, but it s very easy to drink and mixes well.
